The Bust Specialist Pte Ltd (“The Bust Specialist”) requires that all visitors to this site agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this site. By accessing the site, you indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

MISCELLANEOUS

These terms and conditions will be governed and interrupted pursuant to the laws of Republic of Singapore, notwithstanding any principals of conflict of laws. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this site. The Bust Specialist can revise these terms and conditions at any time updating this posting.

REFUND POLICY

Customer who purchase at promotional or discounted rates, prices will be calculated according to the individual listed prices for any discontinuation or cancellation of the package for whatever reason and the balance thereof will be exchangeable for products. Cash refund is subjected to approval; there will be cancellation charges, and bank charges of 7%. The calculation will be based on the printed invoice record.

One week cooling off period from date of purchase for cancellation of transactions. (For treatments not used)

Due to hygiene reasons, products issued/taken/drawn out are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.
